Employees, directors, officers, agents, and contractors of agilaph, as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in any gaming activities on the Platform.
To access the full range of agilaph services, you must register a player account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.
Each player is permitted to hold only one active agilaph account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. agilaph reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances held in those accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your agilaph login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. agilaph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
agilaph is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.
agilaph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). agilaph does not accept deposits from third-party accounts; the payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
The minimum deposit amount on agilaph is ₱100. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change. Current limits are displayed on the deposit page within your agilaph account.
Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. agilaph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.
agilaph does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which agilaph bears no responsibility.
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your agilaph account within minutes. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one (1) business day to reflect.
An agilaph account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. agilaph reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ₱50 to dormant accounts after this period. Players will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fee being applied.
agilaph offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry periods. These specific terms are communicated at the time each bonus or promotion is offered.
Bonus funds credited to your agilaph account must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse may be suspended or permanently closed.
agilaph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players as soon as reasonably practicable.

agilaph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your agilaph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
agilaph shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, power outages, internet service disruptions, or cyberattacks.
agilaph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the agilaph Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
agilaph implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmissions. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and agilaph cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
You may close your agilaph account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
agilaph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. In cases of confirmed fraud or material breach, agilaph reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account.
Upon termination of your account, your right to access and use the agilaph Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply, including but not limited to Sections 7, 9, 10, and 13.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute between you and agilaph, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent agilaph from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
agilaph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, agilaph will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will display a revised effective date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the agilaph Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account.
